A bank of parallel conduits bent to a common radius and spaced uniformly into a strut-mounted panel row. Matched sweeps across an entire rack take layout and bending discipline — it is the clearest indicator of how a crew treats the rest of the job.
Scope: Main breaker, feeder conductors, grounding bundle, branch breaker column
Feeder conductors dressed and landed at the main, a full column of branch breakers set behind an insulating barrier, and a grounding bundle routed clear of the phase conductors. Installed in a mission-critical environment where panel access and clean terminations matter for the life of the building.
Scope: Rigid conduit feed to MCC, strut supports, circuit identification
Rigid conduit routed and clamped into a 400 amp motor control center feed, with each run identified at the gear. The labeling discipline shown here — section and bucket called out at the termination — is what makes a plant serviceable years after handover.

A long exterior conduit rack carrying a parallel raceway bank into the building, with the whole group of offsets bent to a common radius and rolled together. Exterior runs are unforgiving — every bend is visible from the ground for the life of the building.

Electrical fit-out for a row of two-post lift bays: dedicated circuits at each position, overhead power and air reels, exhaust extraction drops and high-bay lighting laid out so every bay works the same way.
Scope: Stainless process piping, tank connections, galvanized access catwalks
Elevated process platform with stainless piping runs tying tanks and conveying equipment together, on galvanized catwalks and handrail built for safe access. Outdoor process work has to survive weather and washdown as well as service.
Scope: 208V busway tap-off unit, circuit identification, lockout provision
A busway tap-off set and identified on a live data hall, with the feed, destination circuit and voltage called out on the unit itself. On a raised floor with hundreds of circuits, labeling at this standard is what lets the facility team work safely years later.
